Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the products and services of Vitro Dynamics Limited ("we", "us"), including FRP. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP.

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications through the Service.
• Reverse engineering or copying the Service except as permitted by law.

2. Content Standards

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not use the Service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or that violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

3. Security

You must protect your account credentials and promptly report suspected security incidents to [security email]. You must not interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or the data it contains.

4. Fair Use and Resources

You must not use the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on infrastructure or that is intended to circumvent usage limits described in your plan or order form.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service, our users, or third parties. Where practicable, we will provide notice, but we may act immediately for serious violations.
